Group Program ~
For those who don't want to go it alone, grab a friend or three and let's all work together! As a group you can choose between a customized A la Carte Program or the Prix Fixe 6-Month Program. A group program is ideal for those who like having the extra support of others and thrive in a communal atmosphere.
In your Group Program you will have all the support of an individual program, with additional time added to each bi-monthly session to accommodate all members.
