The Prix Fixe Program is your 6-month personalized program that will radically improve your health and happiness. The Prix Fixe Program includes most A la Carte items plus so much more.
The A la Carte Program is for those that have very specific needs and would like to shape their own program.
The Group Program is basically the 6-month Program, but with more people!
Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.
